1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please log into your account or contact our customer support team immediately.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has been dispatched/shipped from our warehouse, cancellations are strictly not allowed.
  • Note: If you fail to cancel the order before it is shipped, the order will be delivered to you, and it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. No Refund Policy

  • We follow a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once a product is purchased, we do not provide cash or bank refunds under any circumstances (whether the order is cancelled after shipping or returned).
  • In case of any eligible issues, you will only receive an Exchange for your product.

3. Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the size, fit, or color of your garments or footwear, you can request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange Fees (Transportation Charges): For any exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. You will need to pay an additional handling and transportation charge to cover the logistics expense of sending the item back to us and shipping the new item to you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
